Marcia Hart, Founder
Marcia Hart has dedicated her career to helping businesses and law firms optimize their office space for high productivity and cost savings. Combining architectural design, financial analysis and organizational sensitivity, her unique skill set offers insight and technical expertise when it's needed most.
Architect, technologist, entrepreneur
With over 25 years experience as an architect, workplace consultant, and business owner, Ms. Hart has seen how cyclical market forces and technology affect real estate and business planning. She has developed data-driven methods and tools to manage uncertainty in real estate decisions.
Competence on the cutting edge
The use of technology has been her competitive advantage since forming her first business in 1990. In 2007 she founded Roomtag LLC, the workplace management software company, to deliver that edge to her consulting clients. Roomtag was acquired by Asure Software, Inc. in 2014.
Ms. Hart earned a Master of Architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design (1987) and A.B. from Princeton University (1981). She is a registered architect and has been certified by the National Council of Architects’ Registration Boards. As part of her continuing education she has participated in intensive workshops in Group Dynamics and Skills for Productive Conflict.
Business is personal
Throughout her career, Ms. Hart has found that relationships are the most rewarding aspect of nearly all good work. She assumes that clients value their relationships at work as well, especially with colleagues and staff who will personally feel the effects of decisions taken. To protect her clients' internal relationships, Ms. Hart treats every engagement with sensitivity and confidentiality.
